Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Amanah Vacations (“the Company”) and the client (“the Customer”) for all services including tours, experiences, transportation, and travel arrangements.
By booking any service with Amanah Vacations, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized platforms).

A booking is only confirmed once payment (full or partial) is received and confirmed by the Company.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information (names, dates, number of participants, special requests).

Amanah Vacations reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings with incomplete or false information.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and/or MXN and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to secure a reservation.
-
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the service (depending on the service type).

Custom packages and VIP services may require full prepayment.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations

More than 7 days before the experience: Full or partial refund (minus administrative fees)

3–7 days before: Partial refund
-
Less than 72 hours before: No refund
-
No-shows or late arrivals: No refund

4.2 Changes & Rescheduling

Changes are subject to availability

Requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp)

Last-minute changes may not be possible
4.3 Cancellation by Amanah Vacations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to:

Weather conditions
-
Safety concerns
-
Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
In such cases:

Alternative dates or services will be offered

If not possible → refund will be issued
5. Services & Third-Party Providers

Some services (hotels, boats, parks, transportation) are provided by third parties.

Amanah Vacations acts as an organizer and coordinator and is not responsible for third-party failures, delays, or changes.

Schedules and itineraries may change due to operational or external conditions.
6. Participation & Responsibilities

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.

Certain activities require physical fitness; participation is at the Customer’s own risk.

Medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
-
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
7. Behavior Policy
Amanah Vacations reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a participant:

Engages in illegal or unsafe behavior

Disrespects staff or other participants
-
Puts themselves or others at risk
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Participation in activities is at the Customer’s own risk

Amanah Vacations is not liable for:

Personal injury or accidents
-
Loss or theft of personal belongings
-
Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties

Weather, natural events, or force majeure

👉 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.

Customers are responsible for their own medical, cancellation, and travel coverage.
10. Accommodation (If Applicable)

Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking

Final confirmation and pricing may vary depending on hotel policies

Hotel cancellation policies may differ and will apply separately
11. Delays & No-Shows

Customers must be present at the agreed meeting point and time
-
Late arrivals may result in missed services without refund
-
No-shows are non-refundable
12. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is used solely for booking and service delivery
-
We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized parties
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, including:

Federal Consumer Protection Law

General Tourism Law
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with Amanah Vacations, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
